Subsequent refills billed on the day the order is picked by our carriers, vs. when it is taken
For your subsequent refill, you will only be billed on the day the order is picked by our carriers for delivery, rather than when it is taken. We will place your auto-fill orders automatically according to your selected frequency (currently every month). Your order will be billed around the same time frame every month, give or take a day or two.
For example, if you initially purchased your subscription on the 15th of the month, your subsequent auto-fills will be processed around the 15th of every month following.
Please note: to prevent any delays with your collagen supplies, (your skin will not want to miss one day!), your second order will be processed 2 days early (after 25 days) to avoid any interruption in supply.
