My order has arrived damaged or is not what I have ordered. What shall I do?

If you have received your Subscription Box damaged, please email: customercare@gold-collagen.com for assistance. We will typically request that you provide a photo of the order, your order reference number (or account email) and a brief explanation as to the detail of the damage. Our Customer Care Team will then be able to assist you and provide a suitable resolution.
