How to Manage or Cancel your Subscription

You need to cancel the auto-renewal at least 48 hours BEFORE you receive your next box delivery. You can cancel at any point in your subscription up to the point mentioned above, however, your subscription will only end once your term has ended, i.e. if you have a 1-month subscription, and cancel after your 1st box, your 1st box will be your last box which in turn completes your 1 month subscription.

To cancel your subscription, simply log in to your account, click on "My Subscriptions" and select the subscription(s) you would like to update.

If you do not wish to receive anymore boxes and you have already received your box, follow the cancelation process noted above. Or you may follow the cancellation process by emailing cancellations@gold-collagen.com. Our friendly Customer Care Team will be happy to assist you!

If you have recently subscribed to receive your monthly or bimonthly box, please create an account to stay on top of your deliveries, to manage, pause or cancel your subscription. Please note, that without an account you won't be able to manager your subscription programme.
