What will happen after I join the Subscription Service?

After you join the Subscription Service, you will automatically start to receive your monthly order

After you join the Subscription Service, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access 'My Subscriptions' where you can manage your future orders and your account. We will place your auto shipment orders automatically, and you will only be billed on the day the order is picked by our carriers for delivery, rather than when it is taken.

Please note: to prevent any delays with your collagen supplies, (your skin will not want to miss one day!), your second order will be processed 2 days early (after 25 days) to avoid any delay.

Prior (a few days before) to each auto shipment order, we will send you an email reminder. You will also receive email notifications regarding other valuable information related to your auto shipment account, such as changes of products, subscription cancellation, order shipping and tracking information or order placement confirmation.

If there are any issues with your subscription or any other orders such as payment or delays, we will, of course, notify you.

You can change your subscription delivery address and payment method any time by clicking “My Subscriptions” and selecting the subscription(s) you wish to edit,  located within the My Account section. Want to change your next order date? Changes to orders can be made any time within 48 hours of the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel at any time.
