I have received an email/text about a payment issue. What should I do?

Log into "My Account" and check or update current payment information

If you receive an email or text detailing a payment problem with your subscription or regular order, please log into the “My Account” area and check or update your current payment information. We will automatically attempt to re-process your order and your new payment details will be used for any future orders.  

To update payment details for your subscription(s) order(s), click on "My Subscriptions" and select the subscription(s) you need to update.  Each subscription must be updated individually.  If you need any assistance with this, please contact our Customer Care Team who can resolve any issues by email: subscriptions@gold-collagen.com, Chat or via the Contact Us form.
